Directions:
While bathing, use this soap in a downward motion and envision all the stress leaving your body.

Different uses for our soaps:
- Apply directly on the skin in the shower
- Lather on to a washcloth, in a soap bag, or on a loofah prior to applying to the skin
- Add soap shavings to baths
- Add soap shavings to laundry for wash
